Tem o curso profissional de Teatro do Balleteatro Escola Profissional e o curso de Pesquisa e Cria\u00e7\u00e3o Coreogr\u00e1fica do F\u00f3rum Dan\u00e7a. Em 2004, fez o curso de Encena\u00e7\u00e3o de Teatro na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o C. Gulbenkian e, em 2006, o curso do Projet Thierry Salmon \u2013 La Nouvelle \u00c9cole des Ma\u00eetres, dirigido por Pippo Delbono, na B\u00e9lgica e It\u00e1lia. Como criador, inicia-se em 2003 com o trabalho Puzzle, apresentando as suas cria\u00e7\u00f5es por todo o pa\u00eds e internacionalmente. Das suas mais recentes cria\u00e7\u00f5es como encenador\/core\u00f3grafo destaca: Margem (2018), Drama (2019), Madrugada para a CNB (2019) e Os Tr\u00eas Irm\u00e3os (2020). Em 2007, venceu o 1.o Pr\u00e9mio com \u00cdcones no 2nd International Choreography Competition Ludwigshafen 07 \u2013 No ballet, Alemanha. Em 2017 foi bolseiro da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o C. Gulbenkian, no programa DanceWeb do Festival ImPulsTanz, Viena.
