\n<\/strong>Reflect, Share, Practice, Experiment<\/h2>\n

RESHAPE – Reflect, Share, Practice, Experiment \u00e9 um projeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento para profissionais que pretendam reinventar modelos organizacionais para o setor art\u00edstico. Prop\u00f5e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de agentes culturais da regi\u00e3o euro-mediterr\u00e2nica num processo aberto, inclusivo e experimental que visa refor\u00e7ar pr\u00e1ticas inovadores que possam beneficiar o setor cultural e transformar o ecossistema art\u00edstico no seu todo.<\/p>\n

Political, economic, technological and ecological changes in our society deeply influence the way in which arts are created, presented and experienced. Not all artists have the same opportunities to present or collaborate internationally. Public policies, industry practices and the market cannot ensure that diverse artistic voices and practices reach potential audiences across Europe. At the same time, artists work more and more across aesthetics, disciplines, national boundaries and sectors. The institutional not-for-profit arts sector \u2013 both on the national and European levels \u2013 hasn\u2019t been flexible enough to integrate these changes.<\/p>\n

How to continue supporting our arts sector within this context? RESHAPE partners are convinced that artists and cultural workers are innovation experts, that they are the ones who should invent future models for the arts sector. Innovative structures and projects emerge across the continent. They experiment with a variety of strategies to engage diverse audiences, to connect across sectors, to be more in line with the values they defend. These initiatives, although often fragile and disconnected, are \u201cweak signals\u201d, the indicators of future models and possible evolutions. RESHAPE looks for such innovative structures, provides them with time and space to work together in a transnational context and jointly reimagine how contemporary art practices of the future will be organised.<\/p>\n
\nRESHAPE – temas\u2028\u2028<\/strong>\n

RESHAPE proposes a process to reboot business and organisational models of contemporary art practices. We choose to tackle these models in the broad sense: beyond management practices and diversifying revenue sources, we look for models that in the broad sense generate value for society. We identified 5 major challenges that will focus the process, shape all activities and, each in its own right, question how the contemporary arts sector contributes to generating value for society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n– Lan\u00e7amento de\u00a0convocat\u00f3rias<\/strong>\u00a0para identificar iniciativas que experimentam novos modelos;
\n– a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um\u00a0F\u00f3rum<\/strong>\u00a0onde os profissionais se encontram, debatem e refletem sobre pr\u00e1ticas alternativas;
\n– a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco\u00a0trajet\u00f3rias tem\u00e1ticas<\/strong>\u00a0sobre as cinco quest\u00f5es mencionadas acima, nas quais, atrav\u00e9s de workshops e trabalho \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia, 50 profissionais sugerem, em conjunto, novos modelos, estrat\u00e9gias e ferramentas;
\n– a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de duas\u00a0reuni\u00f5es intensivas<\/strong>\u00a0para compara\u00e7\u00e3o e debate sobre pr\u00e1ticas inovadoras;
\n– a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma confer\u00eancia para a partilha de resultados e abertura de todo os processo \u00e0 comunidade cultural e art\u00edstica;
\n– a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados.\n

RESHAPE acontece na \u00e1rea Euro-mediterr\u00e2nica\u00a0entre<\/strong>\u00a0setembro de 2018 e mar\u00e7o de 2021<\/strong>.
