A convocat\u00f3ria surge no contexto de um <em>tandem<\/em>, a designa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto para identificar uma parceria entre duas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, neste caso a Artemrede e a rede francesa Occitanie en Sc\u00e8ne.
