A Árvore Branca

This story is placed in Aldeia do Muro Pintado and has as its protagonists a treetop and a cloud that decide to change positions. This exchange brought a huge shock to the village - when they switched positions, the treetop became a green cloud and when descending, the cloud became a full white treetop. In a deep uproar, the villagers, scientists and even the head of the band, try to force the two to return to their proper places. They achieve nothing. “The treetop and the cloud barely notice the little figures who, with great agitation, tryed to talk to them. The balloon empties, the peace returns and as the days pass, the village learns to accept the new situation.”
